In the spring there is an abundance of blossoms and flowers,
glorious colors and scents.
My favorites are the cherry and apple blossoms,
so delicate and pastel.
Unfortunately, there are also flowers that wither quickly
and to kiss the ground in a wonderful rain.

I do every day what many others do every day.
Up in the morning,
have breakfast,
go to work,
come home,
walk with the dog,
clean the house,
do laundry,
read the newspaper,
prepare dinner and go to bed.
Nothing special.

Sometimes, however, there are special days.
One of them was the day when my girl was born.
15 years have passed, and last week we celebrated her birthday.
That’s always a day in my life who is special to me.

April was a good month.
We have done much, the weather was warmer and the trees and bushes began to bloom.
The month offered delicious food, friends, trips, family reunions, long afternoons in the garden, barbecue … and much more.
But see for yourself!

Initially, it was still cloudy, but we still ventured a walk in the woods.
As a reward, there was homemade lasagna … super delicious!
Here you see the attempt to photograph all of us with the self-timer. It took a long while and a lot of photos.
This month, there were many healthy smoothies. This one was too healthy. It tasted like grass.
Scrambled eggs and steak with fries … always delicious.
In April, more often, the sun shone, it was warm … the weather is ideal for photo shoots.
The sweet little lady and her very pretty mama … It was a lot of fun.
Brush is nice. And does so well.
Now I’m pretty.

Hi friends,
I went to Italy in april. It was an exchange and I made new friends with wonderful people! I enjoyed the time in Italy very much.
I was there one week and I will never forget this time because this week is one of the most important weeks in my life.
My new friends there are all very nice and really cute. (:
I miss them but in may they will come to Germany.
In the next weeks I will show you my wonderful week in Italy. ♥

On this subject I have no choice, I have to show you Ratisbon.
Ratisbon has many backroads, many small backroads,
where you will find nice little shops and cafes and pubs.
Ratisbon also has many bridge over the Danube, small for pedestrians and large for cars,
but the city has only a particular bridge.
The Stone Bridge.
The bridge was completed in 1146 and thus well over 800 years old.

This month, we noted that the March not delivers what it promises.
Spring? Far from it.
Except for two or three sunny days of spring was not in sight. It was cold, wet and it snowed still.
This month, we found out we have done a lot. But I forgot my camera constantly.
Ye shall not see, for example, a dinner with colleagues in a country inn (very tasty),
breakfast with friends,
the concert of the Mumford & Sons …
Forgive me, I will do better.
This month also I have not photographed that I run in March 10 h am 57 min 8 sec … and I burned 4782 calories.
But I think you’ll forgive me, the camera is too heavy to run with it.

Our month was:
ice cold and yet warm …
only a few days of sunshine … I distinctly remember two days,
where I shot the pictures…
a birthday party …
many lazybones days with cuddling …
and playing with granny …
a short week vacation and then learn, learn, learn …
but: bring on the good life …
evenings with friends and Scrabble …
and good food:
1.Chicory with gorgonzola, apple and mustard dressing
2.pancakes with spinach and cheese gratin
3.caramelized berries on toasted bread with brandy
(The first and the last one was so good that I’m going to cook it for my parents tomorrow.)
This month it came out a new version of VSCO. Wonderful editing options for images. I’m in love with the program.
Much gray and no sun … I got the spring in the kitchen …
And … the best! I started to jogging again.
Three to four times a week 40 – 50 minutes jogging.
It’s exhausting and sometimes I curse a lot.
But it’s always a little success.
Then there are smoothies … newly discovered delights …
And many vitamins…
