Inspired by a theme of Elsa for our Corner View Francesca called a point slightly from our corner.
I find it very interesting to see
where the others live,
how their corner looks like.
This week there is to see: roofs
- then the next: doors.
I live in a small town – pretty boring for me – there is not much to see.
I have photographed the roofs around the house in which I live.
Room with a view – and I remember always to our hotel room at Lake Garda.
It is breathtaking (for us ) to get up in the morning with this view
and to go in bed in the evening with the view to the illuminated pool, the flickering lights on the other side
and the sparkling stars.
Before that time we have visited Venice, we drove through Switzerland.
At the Zurich lake down to Lugano and Lake Lugano.
I can not remember if we camped at a campground or stayed in the wilderness.
Anyway, we stayed here over night and ate dinner outside on a busy square.
The next day we climbed the “mountain” of Lugano, Monte San Salvatore.
The short hike was beautiful and the views magnificent and breathtaking.
Roxy – the little puppy from a friend.
Five months old.
Happy, alert, playful and full of discovery came.
::
We have taken a long walk with Frieda and Roxy
and the two have played and romped a lot.
The little puppy was a long time full of energy -
and we have used a long time, until the puppy was tired and was photographed.
My first trip without my parents I did with my then boyfriend. Normal for the age .
We drove a Ford Transit with a mattress to sleep (very comfortable) by Switzerland,
Venice and later to the Netherlands after Amsterdam and the North Sea.
Unfortunately I have no pictures of the Netherlands.
But I’ll show you some of my first trip alone with no family to Venice and the next time to the lake of Lugano.
In Venice we have spent a total of only one day.
The car we were parked outside on a large parking lot and drove with a passenger boat in the city.
Venice is a beautiful city.
Especially great are the streets, the waterways, the ancient Italian homes, the laundry hanging out the window over the channels.
And so much more.
And we were there as tourists,
we have completed the normal program: a gondola ride through Venice.
And the gondolier has even sung for us – as we know it from movies.
