CornerView – simple pleasures

Since the beginning of the year I started to change my food.
I need to reduce my weight a little bit :) .
Now I often eat salad, fruits and vegetables, whole wheat pasta and brown rice, fish, and low fat, and drink lots and lots of tea.
That is not always easy. I have to try very hard to keep myself in check.
Sometimes I am overcome by desire and longing … and sometimes I give.
And then this piece of chocolate is a simple pleasure for me.

  1. I think I should do exactly as you … it’s not easy …. this little piece of chocolate becomes a real (simple) pleasure, for sure. I don’t know yet what I’ll post tomorrow, I hope to find an (good…) idea :)

  4. Chocolate is indeed one of life’s simple pleasures! I, too, parcel out a small morsel as a special treat. The trick is to savor it in your mouth for a good long time :)
