Since the beginning of the year I started to change my food.
I need to reduce my weight a little bit .
Now I often eat salad, fruits and vegetables, whole wheat pasta and brown rice, fish, and low fat, and drink lots and lots of tea.
That is not always easy. I have to try very hard to keep myself in check.
Sometimes I am overcome by desire and longing … and sometimes I give.
And then this piece of chocolate is a simple pleasure for me.
